什么是海牙认证

海牙认证即APOSTILLE认证，其全称是《取消外国公文认证要求的公约》（简称“海牙公约”）认证。海牙认证是指由海牙成员国政府机构（一般为国家的外交部或高法院）统一出具的，广泛得到其他国家认可的认证文件，其认证过程是对原认证的签发人（通常是当地公证处）进行的二级认证，并在认证书上加盖印章或标签。需要注意的是，海牙认证不是对认证文件内容的认证，而仅仅是对认证的签发人的认证，证明其真实性并有权利进行认证
