卫生许可证认证，即对卫生许可证使用国的使馆认证。

卫生许可证使馆认证所需资料：

1、营业执照副本复印件（年检）

2、介绍信

3、商事申请表（点击下载介绍信样本）

4、卫生许可证复印件（需盖公司公章）  

注意：1、证明书须是贸促总会出具。

Information required for embassy certification of health Permit:

1. Copy of business license (latest annual inspection)

2. Letters of introduction

3. Commercial Application Form (click to download sample letter of introduction)

4. Copy of health permit (with company seal)

Note: 1. The certificate must be issued by ccPIT council.
