什么情况办理海牙认证apostille

海牙认证一般由指定的政府机构进行，一般为国家的外交部或高法院。中国目前不是海牙成员国，但是香港和澳门已经加入海成员国，所以需求做海牙认证的文件能够经过香港国际或澳门公证人处理。

海牙认证如果是在非海牙成员国但是承认海牙公约认证国使用，此类海牙认证公证文件，需要另外到公证当地领事馆进行加签，之后才能正常使用。

什么情况需要办理

中国公民，如要把文件或身份证明拿到海外使用或者证明某一些事实，那么就要办理认证，即海牙认证

英国文书，在中国香港使用，可以进行海牙认证。

在中国大陆使用，则需要进行使馆认证，因中国尚未签订海牙公约。
