对领事馆认证有异议的，可以申请复查吗？

　　申请人和已经领事馆认证的文书内容的利害关系人，对领事馆认证机构出具的领事馆认证书有异议的，可以向出具该领事馆认证书的领事馆认证机构提出复查申请。

　　领事馆认证机构收到复查申请后，应当进行审查|核实。对于领事馆认证书的编号|证词|出证日期等内容错误的，应当及时予以纠正。
