申办领事馆认证须知申办程序

Application for consulate certification notice application procedures

　　（一）有关文书在向中国驻外使领馆办理领事馆认证前，一般应先由所在国当地公证机构办理公证；

(1) The relevant documents should be notarized by the local notary organization in the host country before being certified by the Chinese diplomatic and consular missions abroad;

　　（二）申请人向所在国外交部或有权办理领事馆认证的机构申办所在国领事馆认证；

(2) the applicant to the host country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the authority to handle the consulate certification of the organization to apply for the host country's consulate certification;

　　（三）申请人根据所在领区向中国驻该国大使馆或总领事馆馆（领事馆馆）申办领事馆认证。

(3) The applicant shall apply for consulate certification to the Chinese Embassy or consulate General (consulate General) in the country according to the region he/she is in.

提交材料

　　（一）当事人合法有效的身份证件；

　　（二）代理人代为申请的，应提交代理人有效身份证件和当事人有效身份证件复印件；

　　（三）如办理公司文件认证，还应提交公司法定代表人的护照复印件及能证明公司法定代表人身份的公司文件；

　　（四）填写真实|完整|准确的申请表；

　　（五）申请领事馆认证的文书；

　　（六）领事馆认证机构认为需要提交的其他材料。
