领事馆认证的办理程序申请与审核：

我国出口企业在出口贸易业务中，根据进口国的规定或进口商的要求，需要对涉外商业单据文件办理领事馆认证时，出口企业可以委托贸促会代为办理。

When China's export enterprises need to handle consulate certification for foreign-related commercial documents according to the regulations of the importing country or the requirements of the importer, the export enterprises may entrust CCPIT to handle the certification on their behalf.

委托代理时，申请单位应填写《领事馆认证申办表》，提交需要办理领事馆认证的单据文件。

Entrust the agent, the application unit should fill in the consulate certification application form, submit the documents that need to deal with the consulate certification.

单据文件应当具备以下条件：

The documents shall meet the following conditions:

——符合使领馆的规定要求（语言|份数|相关单据文件）；
