我们中国人要办理海牙认证去香港办理么？

海牙认证一般由指定的政府机构进行，一般为国家的外交部或高法院。中国目前不是海牙成员国，但是香港和澳门已经加入海成员国，所以需求做海牙认证的文件能够经过香港国际或澳门公证人处理。

海牙认证如果是在非海牙成员国但是承认海牙公约认证国使用，此类海牙认证公证文件，需要另外到公证当地领事馆进行加签，之后才能正常使用。

什么情况需要办理

中国公民，如要把文件或身份证明拿到海外使用或者证明某一些事实，那么就要办理认证，即海牙认证

美国民事文件海牙认证所需资料：

1、提供个人文件复印件

2、申请人护照复印件

3、结婚证、出生证、法院判决书提供夫妻双方的护照复印件

4、委托办理需要提供受托人的身份证明文件复印件
